European Union for the World

the European Union is already existent in every part of the world, in Europe, of course, but also by extension in parts of North America, in South America, in Africa, in Asia and in Oceania

my proposal is that we extend the possible states to be included to the whole world, but of course still holding the criteria of Human Rights at the highest esteem
